Probe Repair - Plexon

Plexon offers a probe repair service for U, V, and S-Probes. In many cases, damaged probes can be repaired so that labs can continue using the same probe. If you have a damaged probe please use this form to submit a request for probe evaluation. In addition, Plexon offers a rejuvenation and reformatting process for probes that can be helpful for probes that are not damaged, but have been unused for a long period of time or have been used for many penetrations.

Plexon processes probes for repair on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Probes can be processed immediately upon receipt at Plexon, regardless of timing, for an additional fee (expedited).*
- I do not need expedited service (probes will be processed on the 2nd Tuesday of the month)
- I need expedited service ($500 fee)
Probes must be properly cleaned prior to returning them to Plexon*
- I agree to clean all probes returned to Plexon using the procedure outlined in the Probe Technical Guide.
