New Features Added to CineLyzer

Plexon® Announces the release of CineLyzer® 4.4 – the latest version of our video-tracking software designed specifically for behavioral neuroscience experiments.

New Features include –

Track behavior in low light conditions while simultaneously recording neural activity.
- Black and white cameras now supported with Photometry
Use up to 4 behavioral cameras to track behavior from 4 animals at one time
- The multi branching patch cable can also be used to record neural activity from 4 animals at the same time.
Create Global Combination Events
- Set a threshold for change in fluorescent activity and combine this with a behavioral event (for example, entering a specific zone). Number of events and time stamps of these events can be exported after the experiment.

Trigger Optogenetic Stimulation with PlexStim and OmniPlex

Using the new OmniPlex SDKs with Release 18, we have designed an online closed loop experiment in which the PlexStim electrical stimulator triggers optogenetic stimulation based on spike activity detected by OmniPlex.
