The Human Biology Program and Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University invite applications for a full-time non-tenure track Lecturer position focused on addictions with teaching responsibilities split between the two units (three courses per year in Human Biology and two per year in Psychological and Brain
Sciences). The candidate is expected to complement and strengthen Psychological and Brain Sciences’ curriculum and should also be qualified to teach large introductory classes. A Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Psychology, Clinical Science, or a related field is required. Area of expertise should focus on addiction with clear relevance to contemporary human biology. The expected start date is August 1, 2024. This Lecturer position has a promotion track, with promotion to Senior Lecturer and then Teaching Professor.
