The Psychological Sciences Department at Kansas State University is seeking a Full-Time Research Assistant, to help with research in the laboratory of Dr. Maria Diehl. The lab research assistant will help with experimental projects; assist with ordering supplies, maintaining updated inventory and lab records, and shares duties with other lab members to handle and care for research animals, run behavioral experiments, collect data, and maintain an organized research lab. The research assistant will also assist with tissue processing, performing tissue assays, and taking microscope pictures.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications: Two plus years lab experience with animal handling

Other Requirements: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
