Frontiers in Neurophotonics Summer School
June 12, 2022 - June 22, 2022
The 2022 Frontiers in Neurophotonics Summer School is the 15th Edition of a unique and much appreciated neurophotonics course. This ten day training combines tutorials given by experts in photonics and neuroscience and hands-on experiments involving advanced optical approaches to measure, manipulate, and follow molecular events in living neurons.
Topics:
- Ca2+ imaging in freely behaving mice
- Video-rate multimodal imaging in vivo
- Fluorescence lifetime microscopy
- Two-photon calcium imaging in vivo
- Optical microprobe applications in vivo
- Super-resolution microscopy
- Quantitative phase imaging
- Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Scattering microscopy
- Brain clearing and fast volumetric methods for whole brain imaging
- Photostimulation approaches
