Marketing Coordinator



RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create and distribute marketing and sales materials (User-facing technical documents, newsletters, promotional materials, blog)
    • Setup, design, and build WordPress webpages
    • Monitor web and social media activity to maintain positive corporate image and make appropriate updates and revisions
    • Ensure sites are mobile-friendly/responsive and optimized for Search Engine Optimization rankings
    • Test functionality of applications, features, and links to confirm performance for end-user across all browsers and mobile devices
    • Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ marketing and sales activities to identify new opportunities for growth
    • Maintain and report marketing metrics (Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot)
    • Work with sales team and engineers to prepare materials for marketing
    • Manage large database of research publications
    • Assist in the planning and production of video demonstrations and presentations
    • Acquire customer feedback by preparing materials and directly contacting customers
    • Work with international distributors on marketing materials for workshops and conferences
    • Prepare materials for US and international trade shows and product demonstrations

    • Demonstrated problem solving ability in highly technical environments.
    • Willingness to learn technical details of our products and their applications in a variety of research environments.

    REQUIRED:

    • Experience in WordPress setup, plugins, themes and overall problem-solving in the landscape
    • Knowledge of Adobe products, such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
    • Citizenship, documentation, and inclination allowing moderate travel both within and outside of the USA.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, management, or similar fields or equivalent.
